Liana Pestana received her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Ms. Pestana is admitted to practice in all California State Courts.
Ms. Pestana has always been committed to providing legal assistance to vulnerable communities. While at Loyola she focused her studies on public interest and employment law. Ms. Pestana spent a year as a Law Clerk at Neighborhood Legal Services where she worked pro bono helping represent low-income tenants facing illegal evictions. Ms. Pestana also volunteered with Public Counsel, where she guided clients through Chapter 7 bankruptcy and consumer debt relief, helping them achieve financial stability.
In her free time, Ms. Pestana enjoys spending her time in nature skiing and hiking.
